This was a superb trip!

This was a superb trip. Overall communication and follow up were excellent. Due to time differences and cultural differences in understanding, each side had to spend extra time clarifying. Unlike another company, Russian River Cruised by Firebird follow up was excellent during the planning process and while on our trip. Our Destination Specialist was thorough, prompt and complete in the communications. Our guide in St. Petersburg was thorough, knowledgeable, flexible and patient. She really enhanced our experience. Our driver was excellent, pleasant, accommodating and safe. Both were on time. They were a great team and I recommend each and both highly. They made a difference in our trip. The Belmond Grand Hotel was charming, elegant, historic and breakfast was my favorite meal of the day. Many thanks to our Destination Specialist for recommending this hotel to us after listening to our standards.
